We want you to love your new Baretraps Sandals! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Start Your Return/Exchange
    Visit our online portal at baretrapssandals.com to initiate your return or exchange.
  2. Pack Your Items
    Place the unworn, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Ship It Back
    Send your return or exchange using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
